We left Columbus on Saturday November 4th and started heading up to Bryan and made it a whole 20 miles before we had to stop. There was a sound like a piece of the car fell off. After careful inspection we didn't find anything missing and continued on. About A mile past Marion there was another noise and a little commotion so we pulled over. A Loose piece of metal was blown into the tire and shaved the whole tread off, down to the steel. AAA had to come because we forgot that we didn't have a jack. The mall in Marion was the only place to get tires nearby, so we checked out the ambiance of Marion Southland Mall, got our tires and left. We finally did get to Leslie's farm in Bryan by about 7:30 and stayed up jumping in to the straw mounds and exploring the old barns. On Sunday, we spent half the day driving golf balls on Leslie's dads driving range. |
